There once was a man who fell asleep in his cabin when all of a sudden his room was filled with Light and God appeared. The Lord told the man that He had a job for him to do wet towel dispenser and showed him a large rock in front of the cabin. The Lord explained to him that he was to simply push against the rock with all his might.Then with his shoulders set squarely against the cold, massive surface of the unmoving rock, the man carried out his task day after day for many years,toiling with all his might from sun up to sun down. Each night the man returned to his cabin sore and worn out, feeling as if his whole day had been spent in vain.

Satan observed that the man was showing pneumatic component signs of discouragement and so he decided to enter the picture and place thoughts into the man’s mind such as, “You’ve been pushing against that rock for a long time and it hasn’t budged. Why kill yourself over this? You’re never going to move it,” thus giving the man the impression that the task was impossible and that he was a failure.Naturally, these thoughts discouraged and disheartened the man even more and he thought to himself, “Why kill yourself over this? I’ll put in my time, but only give the minimum of effort and that should be good enough.”

Some time ago, Sofan and I were visiting some friends in the country. We were staying a beautiful little guest cabin, surrounded by fruit trees, flowers and even a few printed carpets goats. Painted above the doorway in brightly coloured, flowing letters were the words:

Your mind is a garden.

Your thoughts are the seeds.

You can grow solenoid valve flowers or

You can grow weeds…

Little did we know it at the time, but this little poem was to have a profound affect both on our thought patterns as well as our Artworks.

It started almost as a kind of game. We decided to make a real effort to watch our thoughts and see exactly what it was that we were planting in our own “Mind Gardens”. It was difficult at first, but gradually, we began to pay more and more attention to what thoughts were repeatedly flashing across our minds.

The time you spend at the office may be the most stressful part of your day,but it doesn’t have to be. You have a greater ability to shape your office eccentric shafts environment than you may realize.

Take breaks throughout the day .It will help clear  your mind and relieve pressure. Something as simple as going to the water cooler for a drink may do the trick.

To help your workday go smoothly, try pacing your activities: Do more demanding work in the morning,when your energy level is higher, and easier automatic needle valve work later in the day ,when you may be tired.

Try listening to music recordings, such as a pounding surf or songbirds,to help you relax. Such tapes are sold commercially . Use headphones if you’ll be listening to them in the middle of the workday.

Get to work early or stay late once a week.You may be able to accomplish more when you vary your routine.

If your stress comes from job insecurity,take stock of yourself.Update your resume, and remind yourself of  your skills and strengths.Also,make sure you keep up with new developments in your field. This will make you valuable to employers.

Don’t let work rumors,which are usually false, cause you worry. A co-worker may just be thinking out loud about worst-case scenarios.

We lived on the banks of the Tennessee River, and we owned the summers when we were girls. We ran wild through humid summer days that never ended Kitchen Linen but only melted one into the other. We floated down rivers of weekdays(1) with no school, no rules , no parents, and no constructs other than our fantasies. We were good girls, my sister(2) and I. We had nothing to rebel against. This was just life as we knew it, and we knew the summers to be long and to be ours.

the road that ran past our house was a one-lane rural route. Every morning, after our parents had gone to work, I’ d wait for the mail lady to pull up to our Dish Towel box. Some days I would put enough change for a few stamps into a mason jar(3) lid and l eave it in the mailbox. I hated bothering mail lady with this transaction, which made her job take longer. But I liked that she knew that someone in our house sent letters into the outside world.

After 21 years of marriage, I discovered a new way of keeping alive the spark of love. I started to go out with another woman. It was really my wife’s fiberglass screen idea.

“I know that you love her,” she said one day, taking me by surprise. “But I love you,” I protested. “I know, but you also love her.”

The other woman that my wife wanted me to visit was my mother, who has been a widow for 19 years, but the demands of my LED tube light work and my three children had made it possible to visit her only occasionally. That night I called to invite her to go out for dinner and a movie. “What’s wrong, are you well?” she asked.

My mother is the type of woman who suspects that a late night call or a surprise invitation is a sign of bad news. “I thought that it would be pleasant to pass some time with you,” I responded. “Just the two of us.” She thought about it for a moment, then said, “I would like that very much.”

That Friday after work, as I drove over to pick her up I was a bit nervous. When I arrived at her house, I noticed that she, too, seemed to be nervous about our date. She waited in the door with her coat on.

人在世间生活真是不容易，除了要生病，每天有一堆烦恼还要打扰你。还要看着别人的眼色，还要为了生计四处奔波。要与生活彻底的融入在一起，这样才能真正的感知生活而不是逃避生活。我们现在是在逃避生活。我们害怕面对。我们通常不是在世间生活，只是在一个小笼子里生活，公司就象一个安全的小笼子，让我们觉得有所归属，家庭就象一个棉睡袋，把我们保护起来。但我们仍然会感觉自己在萎缩，没有真正的生活在人世间。没有活出自己。自己不能面对事情，处理事情。只是得过且过。最后我们终究只是一个没落的自己，其实，人应该重生，从此时此刻开始，就要重生。
重生就是要为自己而活，为快乐而活，为烦恼而活，为成功而活，为失败而活，为勇气而活，为懦弱而活。只要是自己的，就全盘接受。好的、不好的；明亮的、阴暗的；高尚的、低俗的；统统收入囊中，毫无怨言。因为那就是真实的自己。你不接受，就永远无法看清，你不接受，就永远无法改变PVC标签。你不接受 ，就永远不知道真实为何物。而生活的意义就是要找到真我。
重生的起点就是要找到自己的第一感觉，或者就叫他直觉吧。现实生活中，直觉已经没有了生存的空间，偶尔不期然相遇，我们也会狐疑不信，把直觉反复分析，最终变成理性的思考，变成循规蹈矩的套子。
我们的感觉全是大众的感觉，我们的品味全是别人的的品味，我们的审美全是权威的审美。那我们是谁，到这个世界干什么来了。最后，我们终于不知道自己喜欢什么，讨厌什么热缩膜，因为已经有了各行各业的专家替我们选择好了最适合我们的人生。
红楼梦里有句明言：为谁辛苦为谁忙，到头来皆是为他人做嫁衣裳。
每人有每人的生活，不是唱歌就快乐，不是哭泣就痛苦，有时忧伤是最美的体验，有时凄凉是最感人的乐章。所以生活不需要逃避，生活更不需要代替。本来没有好坏，只是体验不同。我们为什么要抢夺别人手中的风筝，只因为他放的不够高。为什么我们放弃自己的感受，让别人去放我们花钱买的鞭炮，我们却在旁边陪着激动。生命只有一次，别替代别人，也别让人替代。
想学滑冰，先学摔跤，想要演讲，先练怯场。生活就是玩，生活就是演舞台剧，有时演悲剧，有时演喜剧，有时演闹剧，悲欢离合，缠绵悱恻。但演完了，总要下场，就象做梦总要醒来，因为真我在台下，他无情无义，所以也无伤无损。
生活就是趣味横生，生活就是七情六欲，生活就是随心所愿热缩标签，生活就是由凡入圣，再由圣转凡。总之生活就是体验，就是感觉。就是触摸，就是融入。活着，就不枉此生。

The heart of ocean which is the name of the diamond in Titanic. It’s also the space which a woman’s heart could be. And how deep could a woman’s LED Spotlight heart be so that it keeps a secret for over 84 years without telling anyone the man she has loved, without the only picture of him, however, he retains, he retains in her heart forever. The woman’s heart is as deep as the ocean, thats what firmly stamped in my mind of Titanic.

The love goes forever, the heart go on and on……

Facing the right to go to America with the largest and luxurious ship in the world, Rose feels like to go for a jail which could bind her to a life she doesnt like; Jack feels like to go to Paradise which would offer him many chances to lead a good life.

For the poor people it’s just like a honour to get on the Titanic.

For the designer and the captain of Titanic it’s a timing to praise their achievements.

The Tang Priest （San zang） and his three disciples were on their way to the Western Heaven to obtain Buddhist scriptures. One day they were traveling in a high plastic injection mold mountain. When Monkey （Wukong） saw it was cloudy and misting in the valley， he knew this mountain was bound to harbor fiends. He drew a magic circle with his cudgel on the ground to protect his master. He told Pig and Friar Sand to protect the Tang Priest and for the three of them not to leave the circle. He then went to have a look at the mountain and pick some fruit to bring back to eat. This mountain did indeed have a corpse fiend called Lady White Bone， who had been here for a thousand years. It had heard that anyone who ate a Solar panel piece of the Tand Priest’s flesh will live forever， so it tried three times to capture him. The first time it changed itself into a young， beautiful girl holding a basket of food. With her charming smile， she almost succeeded in talking the master and his two disciples into coming out of the circle. Just at the last moment， Monkey came. Monkey came. Realizing that she was an evil spirit， he raised his cudgel and hit her.

Between Macedon and Thessaly of eastern GREece there stood a high mountain．Its cloudy top rushed into the very heavens．On the top of the heavy duty air compressor mountain， the home of the gods was bathed in brightness． At Olympus Zeus ruled as the father of gods and men． Zeus was not a crude ruler by any standards．All the gods listened to his final words，it was true．But Zeus made them all sit on a committee of twelve members，including six gods and six goddesses． The first in the Olympian crowd sat Zeus himself． He was the overlord of gods and men and the operator of the thunderbolt ．Next to him was Hera，his proud and greeneyed queen．Poseidon was ruler of the sea，And Hades，king of the lower world，had no seat in the committee．Apollo was the god of the face massager sun，music and poetry，while his twinsister Artemis was the goddess of the moon and the chase． Athena was the goddess of wisdom and patroness of house holdarts．Hestin，the goddess of the family，represented home life and family happiness．The frightening Ares was the god of war，and the charming Aphrodite the goddess of love and beauty．The god of fire，Hephaestus，was the forger of the thunderbolts of Zeus．The wing footed messenger Hermes was the god of invention and commerce；and the goddess of grains and harvests，Demeter，looked after agriculture and stood for mother ofcivilization．

All the chief gods mentioned above took human forms of incomparable beauty and grace． Often moved by human feelings and desires，they frequently gave way to anger and jealousy．They became involved in ceaseless battles with the world of man． Among themselves at Olympus they plotted and struggled for power．In the human world they experienced competitions and difficulties．They enjoyed earthly friendships and loves．Acrowd of everlasting gods looked and acted in a perfectly human fashion that is what all gods at Olympus actually were．
