But, in the case a customer wish to Return / Exchange products we offer a 7-10 days return policy (upon receiving your order) :
 if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us for the return address, Item must be sent back UNUSED and with the original packaging.

Once we have received the products, we will refund / Exchange the item.

Return shipping fee is carried out by the customer, and have to be shipped out with a tracking number.

All returns must be post dated no later than 14 days after receiving your bag.
